30-Day Return Window
We offer a generous 30-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
Unworn Condition
Items must show no signs of wear, including sole scuffing or interior marking
Original Tags
All original tags and labels must remain attached to the item
Original Packaging
Items should be returned in original shoe boxes and dust bags when provided
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number and prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Package Items: Securely package your items in original packaging with the return authorization number clearly visible.
- Ship Back: Use the provided prepaid label to ship your return to our processing center.
- Processing: Once received, we'll inspect your return and process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Free Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping labels for all returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We currently process exchanges as returns and new orders. To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Return your original item following the standard return process
- Place a new order for your desired item
- We'll expedite processing of your new order once we receive your return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items worn outdoors or showing signs of wear
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Final sale or clearance items (when marked as such)
- Custom or personalized orders
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Holiday Return Extension
Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th have an extended return window until January 31st of the following year, giving you extra time for holiday returns.
